"Amazing host. Accomodations were comfortable and clean. We were very surprised to see the kitchen stocked with coffee, tea, fresh fruit and a few other goodies. The host goes above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Perfect for two people, highly recommend staying at the Shalom Cottage."

"It was a great week there. The owner has a very easy process of check in and out. Just steps away from the water and plenty of items to use. Saves you from more packing. Very clean and related atmosphere."

We were coming from a family event in another state and found that even though this house was smaller in size, it was far better stocked with well-thought out amenities and helpful items for having a great stay. "We had a fantastic time at this gem of a home. Everything you could ask for in a say at the beach. Well kept, clean, and private. Walk to several restaurants or Madison town center. Easy drives to other locations. Renee and Bryan were incredible communicators and very responsive. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Ken's Beach Cottage. Ken arranged a private tour at a local vineyard which we thoroughly enjoyed and communication with Ken was always quick and responsive. The cottage is very cute and the neighbors are super friendly. We look forward to visiting again next year. "

"This is the 4th year we’ve rented this property. The four bedrooms have ample room for our daughters and sons in-law. The kids room has two big bunks with trundles that sleeps 8! It’s a fun room for the children. The beachfront backyard is the highlight! The comfy couch with shaded gazebo, outdoor dining area, grill, outdoor shower, fire pit with chairs in the sand. The view is beautiful! Low tide brings the sandbar our daily exploration for the family. Love this place!"

"Check in was easy, the propertyManager was available in person.The kitchen had everything we needed and more- coffee with powdered creamer/sugar, bottled water and even some fresh fruit! No dishwasher, which didn’t matter to us but good to be aware of. "

"Tuttles Point is a hidden gem of a neighborhood. I spent my summers as a child in this neighborhood, and I wanted to share my love for this area with my family. This cottage was perfect for what we needed. The view is beautiful and there is so much character in the home that you forget that you might be missing some of our modern comforts.
