"La estancia fue excelente! El proceso para realizar el check in fue bastante tardado 1 hora esperando y en la habitación hay un aparato en la parte de arriba con luz verde que no deja descansar. Respecto al trato del personal, las chicas del spa en recepción con actitud poco amble y las chicas y chico que te dan las instrucciones de la hidroterapia muy serviciales. "The is in Veleta which is just outside of Tulum it is close to the road that head to the Tulum hotel zone and is about a mile from Avenida Tulum-the main road through Tulum. The roads surrounding it were mostly dirt and that can make for a mess when it rains. I like the place. I would go again. The host, team, and crew are really friendly and incredibly helpful."

"A little off the path, so worth it to go! Maria guided me in after dark (by phone, in English)and was there to attend to my needs(refreshing welcome drink)as well as give personal attention to every guest I saw come and go. The staff also gave great service, the restaurant onsite had many choices, all food I had was excellent, delicious actually! A well thought out garden design and lovely pool. A perfect mini paradise, I’m coming back to stay longer. Thank you for sharing your dreams 🙏"

"Such a relaxing 10 days. The condo was clean and in a perfect location. The view can’t be beat. We spent much of the time on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning or having cocktails in the evening. Had fun on the beach and at the pool. Staff is always attentive and friendly. It’s a 15-20 minute walk to town where there is plenty to do and see. We’ll be back. "
