"The house is need of a deep cleaning. It smells like mildew so badly. When we first walked in, the smell of mildew hit us like a dump truck. It was so bad. We opened all the doors and windows trying to air it out. We smelled the mildew until we fell asleep. In the master bath there was mold at the top corner of the shower. Don’t look under the kitchen sink, it’s disgusting. They had an old used sponge to wash dishes. Nasty. The sponge should be changed out for each reservation. The baseboards...

"The house was nice. The area we stayed in was separated from the rest of the house. The only major issue we had was that the bed was so firm and felt like we were sleeping on concrete, that my husband and I slept on the floor. The floor as much as it sucked was better than the bed. If they changed that, I'd give a better review."

"My family and I stayed for a 4 night getaway. The property is well kept, and very private. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook a Thanksgiving dinner, and there was plenty of room for the whole family. We loved the jacuzzi, bicycles, and even the fooseball table. Big Televisions and wash and dryer worked great. All around great stay, we hope to be back soon."

"We loved our stay in Monrovia. The place is super clean and the pictures are exactly what you will get. Really nice and well decorated so you can feel comfortable right away. Just be aware that LA is a huge city and Monrovia is a bit far away. I think we underestimated the drives a bit. But then you are also In the middle of pretty and clean suburbia which is a huge plus. We would definitely come back. "

"We loved our stay in Azusa. Excellent communication with the property manager and super easy check in/out process. We would stay again if we return to L.A. Traffic was a little bit of a pain but I suppose you will get that no matter where you choose to stay. Especially if you plan on exploring like we did. I highly recommend this property to other families/friends looking for a safe place to stay."

"Unit was nice and clean. It was just as advertised. The neighborhood was a little iffy. Our neighbors (guests in the unit next door) would smoke in and around their building so the entire entry stairway smelled like cigarettes. Also every night between 10:15 - 11:15 or 11:30, they would start yelling at each other and pounding on their doors. But inside ur unit, it was very clean and nicely furnished. And since the A/C was working so well, we just kept all the doors and windows tightly closed...
