"This was exactly what my family and I needed to have a wonderful stay in the U.P. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed (washer/dryer were so nice to have also!!)We enjoyed fishing on the dock (caught quite a few fish) and my kids even completed a puzzle to kill some time in the evening. There weren’t really any neighbors during our time there, which made for a quiet and peaceful stay. Only complaint the amount of mosquitoes outside the cottage. Otherwise, this was by far the nicest...

"Great location for ice fishing and snowmobile riding. Up North Lodge restaurant/bar is only minutes away with a great menu selection.We rented two cabins which were perfect for our party of 8. Kitchens are a bit small, but have everything you need for cooking meals. Host was great to work with."

"The cottage was clean and it had everything we needed. The laces is beautiful. My children enjoyed it very much. If you’re like me and read all the reviews before renting. "This is a very nice cozy cabin with the waterway right out over the porch. It is in good condition with amenities provided. It is about 25’ x 25’ and the main bedroom has one bed which can sleep 2 and the other a bunk bed which can sleep 3.Total living space might be tight for 5 adults though there is a large porch. There is some minor road noise occasionally during the day but none at night. "

"The location is outstanding- a scenic lakehouse on a quiet and clean lake in a safe neighborhood and a private dock with access to kayaks and a boat. Only 5 minutes from downtown Munising and 7 minutes from a major grocery that has anything you could want from a hot deli to full bar. The house is so cozy and loved, there is a tankless hot water heater so we always had hot showers and a gas fireplace with an extra heater on the porch for sleeping under the stars and right next to the lake.
