"Building was brand new, located in a path and not accessible to the road and taxi couldn’t fit into the hotel building."

"数日前に予約したのに、それをスタッフが確認しておらず、着いたら1部屋しか用意してもらえなかった。信用出来ないので、次の日に新しい宿を探すことにし、2泊だけ泊まることにした。しかし、次の日も、アパートメントなのに、冷蔵庫もグラスも鍋も皿もゴミ箱もなく、キッチンと空の棚だけがあり、なんの意味もない。挙げ句の果てに、朝食を8時に頼んだが、8時20分になっても来ないので、受付に降りてゆくと、忙しかったけど今からやりますとのこと。来たのは8時40分。その食べたあとの皿は、夕方部屋に帰ってもテーブルの上に置いたまま。勿論、シーツもタオルもそのまま。追加のタオルを頼むと、無いとのこと。スタッフ全員がバイトみたいな若者で、英語も通じにくい、、、。ネパールでこの価格帯で合計200泊ぐらいしてますが、ここまで酷いのは、初めてです。 "

"This is a lovely new hotel in Kathmandu. Spotless rooms and attractively maintained exterior and interior. Nothing to complain about and only good things to say. When the power went out several times, as it is prone to do occasionally in Kathmandu, the generator kicked in immediately. Heater worked well, for the cool nights. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Food at breakfast and dinner was great. So was the coffee. I will stay here again."

"まずはタメルアパートメンツのオーナーとスタッフの方々お世話になりました。このアパートメントはなんの売り込みもなく気を使う事もなくまるで自分の家に住んでいるようなリラックス出来るアパートメントです。何よりオーナーはとても日本人ぽくて穏やかで賢く若いですが信頼できる方です。そして部屋は広くキッチン　食器　ガスコンロ等あるので料理もできます。トイレ　シャワーも問題ありません。停電は一回もありませんでした。しかし埃っぽいです。女性のスタッフに言えば笑顔で掃除もしてくれます。少し布団が臭ったので干してもらってシーツも替えてもらった時ももちろん笑顔で。立地はタメルのにぎやかな地区でダルバール広場は徒歩で。バグダブル　パタンはボスターミナルからミニバンで簡単に行くことができます。ボスターミナルも近くです。食べ物はどこで食べても安くて美味しい所も沢山あります。無茶苦茶きれい好きな人でなければ私のお薦めのアパートメントです。 "
