"It was nice staying there. Apartment was spacious, modern and well equiped. Manager Bruce and reception staff was very nice. House keeping was not good though. They didn’t clean room daily or when they did not properly. Overall it was a good experience."

We choose the area because we had some business to attend nearby, but we would probably stay there even if going somewhere else. There are many cafes, restaurants, markets, even Lotte Mall, in the vicinity of the lake, although most of them are at a good walk distance, they have taxis at the hotel entrance and a shuttle bus to take you to certain places (with a fixed schedule) Somerset does a great job with keeping good...

"Great property if you enjoy the peace and quiet away from old quarter. The rooms are much more spacious and has more than enough room for luggage to be opened up. Loved how accommodating the staff were, as even though I was nearly 3 hours late to check in at around 11:30pm, I was still able to get my room. Honestly feared the place was going to be locked at this time like many other hotels in old quarter, but the clerk was still there, waiting for my check in. Really appreciate the support! "

"The location is great - right in Tay Ho and easy to find and get to. The property itself is right above a Starbucks so great place to work and grab a coffee - although why would you drink Starbucks in Vietnam?!? I was upgraded to a 2-bedroom room which was fine by me - high floor and large balcony overlooking West Lake. I need to give a special shout out to Nova at the reception desk. On Friday night, I left my phone in the Grab (I have NEVER DONE THIS!) and he immediately jumped online...
