The room was spotlessly clean, with a spacious bedroom and an immaculate bathroom. The location is ideal—just 2 minutes from Tam Coc center, yet peaceful by the river, with great restaurants and cafés nearby. A perfect mix of hospitality, comfort, and serenity—highly recommended!"

"Good location, but quiet. Friendly staff, laundry service available. Large room, Comfortable bed. Working Aircon, hot water but this runs out fast. Room had a strong air freshener smell when we arrived which we had to air out. Otherwise excellent value for money. "

"Comfiest bed and plump pillows. Spacious room and bathroom. Looks onto the pool. Great breakfast, select eggs, pancakes or noodles plus coffee and a juice. Wifi is great but it cuts out for a few minutes frequently. Down an alley only 2 minutes from centre of town. Friendly family, booked my onward travel. Recommend for the comfort"
