"We couldn't have been happier with our choice to stay here. The accommodations were very nice. The rental was clean, light and bright and it had a close walk right onto the beach. Having two decks (1 up and 1 down) was an added bonus. There is a wooden spiral staircase and our dog was going up and down on his own after three days. We cannot wait to return to this rental! "

"Really a nice place, quick walk down to probably the best restaurants in the area and the beach. Quiet environment, off the 101 but not so far as to be inconvenient. This is a loft-style room with fairly steep stairs going up so if you have mobility issues be aware. Walls are thin though, and if there are people talking in the adjacent house, you'll hear them. I'd recommend this location for one or two people who don't need a lot of space and prefer a convenient location and like walkability"

"We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and comfortable. With a couple of minor exceptions, everything was in good repair, and worked well. This is a very basic, but great value accommodation. Note that "Free toiletries" is limited to a bare minimum of hand soap and a 3-in-one bodywash/shampoo/conditioner. "We had a group of 7, ages ranging from 8-60. The house had plenty of space and areas to break into smaller groups or gather together. This house was much larger than the pictures represented. The furniture had some damage prior to our arrival, I sent photos to the property manager, but didn’t have too much response. The recliner upstairs was broke. In half.
