"This property provides excellent access to the Warrior and Pinnacle trails. Easy access to gas, groceries, and restaurants in Welch is also a positive. Trailer access to the property is difficult but there is plenty of parking once in. trains are often and loud but did not affect our sleeping as much quieter inside the house.
