"Everything was super easy. This place was awesome! The sunrise right out the back window was amazing. The location was close to the pool.as well. We enjoyed the evening swims. Ok, there was a little.seaweed at the ocean when we were there. The kids got used to it after a few minutes and were fine. I thought it made for some amazing snorkeling. You could follow the grassy areas and so much was going on. I saw so many amazing things including walking bat fish. Amazing!."

"We loved it. Immaculately clean and well appointed. Host provided everything needed for the beach: umbrellas, chairs, noodles, etc. property was well maintained and quiet. Pool and deck were clean and convenient, with amazing views. We can’t wait to come back. "

"I was expecting at least 3 days supply of towels for a weeks stay. However they brought more on the 4th day. Limited kitchen dishes and pots however enough to make it through. DONT follow the Expedia GPS directions, lost for 2 hours. Property manager had to come get us. When we arrived the GPS said we still had more distance to go. Overall a good stay, would probably stay there again for the price. Outdoor amenities are awesome. "

"We greatly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very spacious, clean, and well stocked. House keeping was great and even loaded the dishwasher for us each day. We enjoyed the expansive patio, and my boys enjoyed throwing football on the lawn. My kids enjoyed the pool in the evenings. The beach is incredible, and we loved how quiet and uncrowded it was in front of Villa Renaissance, especially compared to how crowded it was in front of some of the larger resorts a few doors down. "From my first inquiry about the property, Margarita was very quick with her responses. She was excellent to work with.The location is wonderful. The grocery store, shops and restaurants are a short walk away.The very best part is the beach in front of Villa Renaissance. It is absolutely gorgeous. The view from the patio is exactly as magnificent as the picture online. There were always chairs and umbrellas available on the beach. I highly recommend this condo. "
