"This was our second time as a group staying here. Had a great time as usual. Place was clean and organized. Would have liked to have the porch available to use but due to the snow understand that was not an option. Overall, great time and look forward to renting again next year."

"We stayed here overnight to ski and snow tube around Ellicottville. The house served us very well except for the snow not being cleared from the front and back steps. Also, it looks like vacuuming under the beds has been overlooked. Otherwise, our party of 2 adults and five kids enjoyed our ..."
