"Location was excellent for Highland Festival activities. Lil Blue had everything we needed. Hosts made check in/check out process easy and were quick to respond to questions. We enjoyed use of the porch and loved walking to coffee shop. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quite the cottage had to offer. The porches surround three sides of the building nestled in the woods/mountains of TN. The personal touches and amenities offered by Diana and Mark made us feel at home and afforded us the rest and relaxation we desired. We look forward to returning in the near future for another getaway!"

"We had a great time at the cottage! Before check-in we went out kayaking from Riverside Canoe and check-in was smooth, the cottage smelled fresh and was nice and cool on a hot summer day.We enjoyed the hot tub and hanging out on the front porch in the rocking chairs, an all around super relaxing visit. It is tiny but the layout is great, we had 3 adults and a large dog and didn't feel cramped at all."

"The house is very close to the retail, places to eat, pharmacy, and grocery store. The reason I gave location 4 stars instead of 5 is because there is a house that is about 20 yards and shares the driveway. This was not evident in the photos at the time of my booking. This review speaks mostly about pet concerns because the home itself is sweet, well decorated, has comfortable seating, mattress, and a/c. I chose this home for the yard; ability to play fetch; yes, lots of space but my dog does...
