"Lovely property on different levels and amenities to use for a large family or 2 families sharing the space. Close enough to the town to walk in and out or local bus stop nearby if required. House catered for all our needs and more with the pool table downstairs an added bonus for our family. Great communication from start and end of our stay. "

"This was our second time staying at Villa Capricho and yet again we had another fantastic holiday. The villa is very well equipped, providing you with everything you would ever need and has plenty of space inside and out. It is located in a lovely peaceful area with some excellent restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Yet again Lucia and her husband were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. I'm sure we will be back again in the future."

"This villa is fantastic.The rooms are all bright and modern and beautifully furnished. The en suites are a great size and modern. There is plenty of drawers and wardrobe space. The outside space is superb with a large well maintained pool, pool table, BBQ area ,sun loungers and outdoor dining and seating areas. The kitchen is also well equipped as is the utility room. Any questions we had were answered immediately via WhatsApp.We couldn't fault our stay here."

"The villa was as anticipated as the description on VRBO was accurate, we are seasoned visitors to Playa Blanca so know the area very well and have stayed at many villas in the area previously, this has given us an advantage in appraising this villa. We asked for the pool to be heated from a few days prior to our arrival as we are all too aware of the time it takes to make a difference, by the time we arrived it was a great temperature and certainly enhanced our stay. "Fantastic customer services from The booking agent , especially Mike with a few queries I had. Outside space nice to relax, pool is massive. Inside villa is a bit compact, but you really live outdoors on a villa holiday. Good wifi and IPTV with all channels. Sun loungers broke and need replacing, kitchen could do with new set of crockery. Bedding a bit dated. Few issues with alarm going off when arrived which wasn’t told about. When entering villa, use the green fob on keys to touch alarm...

"The property contact Gabriel,was extremely helpful from start to finish. He helped me find the property via WhatsApp at 11.20 at night, it was pitch black, I was tired and had driven from the airport on my own (never driven on the right before, well not on purpose lol).The property itself was as described, a good little sun trap, as Lanzarote can be really windy.30 minute walk in to Playa Blanca, ok for me as I like walking, was on my own and not in a rush. May be a bit of a treck for someone...
