"This is a lovely place to relax and enjoy the Riviera Maya area. George and Carmen were attentive and helpful, even though we all needed Google translate to communicate. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bedrooms are comfortable and the house itself is architecturally quite beautiful. The short walk to the the Yalku lagoon for snorkeling was a real plus. "Had a group of 14 guys for a bachelor party. The house was plenty big and spacious for all of us. The chef and food was excellent! The pool was huge and a great gathering spot for the group. All the rooms were big and had nice views of the bay. Would highly recommend this house."

"We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. The kitchen, table, and living room were spacious and accommodating. The morning sun and the beautiful sunrises were refreshing, including the splash in the pool. The cleaning crew was amazing, always smiling and flexible. We were so lucky to see three turtles laying eggs - unforgettable for sure! We hired a chef one night and were very, very happy with the food they prepared for us. All 16 of us had a great time. "Our family group of 7 stayed at Casa San Francisco. The directions we were provided made finding the place easy . We were greeted by the property manager Guille upon our arrival. She was very helpful in explaining the workings of the property and she also checked in on us a couple of times during our stay.
