"All I needed was a single bed with a shower, WC and basin. That I got - for under £50. Remarkably good value for Berkshire. It was all very easy, the areas nice, and the man who greeted me and said goodbye was very friendly and obliging. I'll certainly come back when I'm next in the area "

"I cannot put into words just how fabulous this place was… it was soooo clean I wish every place we have stayed was to this amazing high standard. The hamper was so beautiful and even included a large Easter egg. The kitchen was better provisioned than my own and the bed was super comfy. We had some lovely walks along the beach which is only a very short walk way and the owners were so helpful with the information they provided. "Things that could be claened easily where dirty like the sides of the lift. Also, the floor around the breakfast was sticky which gave us a bad feeling."
