"Another good stay at Retallack Resort again in a lakeside apartment. Overall happy with the accommodation except for problems with the provided internet. In our apartment this did not work for the entire time we stayed. We did manage to log in via the TV on one evening but then this failed and wouldn’t start again ! Now this might be classed as a nice to have but if a connection is required it’s a real pain and if children were in the accommodation it could be quite stressful……site maintenance...

"The property itself was very clean, new carpets, kitchen, clean bed and linen. Well maintained lawn and plants nice surroundings. It's the facilities that looks dated. There were No exhaust fans in kitchen and toilet. Fridge freezer and basic utensils in kitchen were very handy. The advertised picture shows 2 level house with a triangle shaped but the property given to us was a terraced property which I would not have surely booked if shown on the website so that bit is misleading. "Firstly this was my second stay and I was not offered a free room upgrade as they advertise for their rewards plan. Upon arrival we was checking in and the guy at the desk told us the keys are in the door, we went around to the small building and there was no keys, the maintenance man (who was very nice) had to come and climb into the window, whilst he was doing this we realised the bench at the front of the cabin was completely disintegrating.
