"The property itself was very clean, new carpets, kitchen, clean bed and linen. Well maintained lawn and plants nice surroundings. It's the facilities that looks dated. There were No exhaust fans in kitchen and toilet. Fridge freezer and basic utensils in kitchen were very handy. The advertised picture shows 2 level house with a triangle shaped but the property given to us was a terraced property which I would not have surely booked if shown on the website so that bit is misleading. "The property was spotlessly clean and in great condition. Beds were very comfortable and overall it was very cosy with easy access to the beach. The indoor swimming pool was a great hit with our kid and there was lots to do nearby. The kitchen was fitted with all necessary appliances and utensils, but there was no chopping board which was a bit of a challenge while cooking. "Excellent holiday park, incredibly clean, lovely cosy accommodation, staff are very friendly and helpful. Lovely food in the restaurant on site, fantastic walk from the park to the cliff (heaven for dog owners!) and close to the town which has everything you need! Will be back again!"

"The view from the caravan was amazing, caravan was clean and warm, had everything we needed. Barmouth is a beautiful place and lots of places to visit. Will definitely be back loved it."

"Overall it was ok the park & area was lovely we have realised we need an ramp for our dog as he found the caravan stairs a bit hard to get up as he is elderly and not so nimble on his feet but only caravans for dogs are the stair ones,the bar on site was not open until the last night of our holiday which I found a bit annoying but not enough to dampen our holiday spirtits"
