"We had a great stay at the Balsam Inn! Everyone put their hearts into giving folks a great experience. My husband says the dinner was the finest he ever had, and I appreciated all the little things that made our travel easier (ice for coolers, a shared frig, absolutely lovely and plentiful bedding). We would definitely stay there again!"

"Overall the place was beyond great from every aspect to me. Everything inside the room was new and looked great only issue was no shower curtain but wasn’t a deal breaker. Me and my nephew stayed there over the weekend to do atv trails in the town of Gilbert WV. Was a blast will definitely go back. Anyone looking to book don’t let outside appearance fool you it definitely is nice and comfortable along with it being affordable too. "

"Wonderful peaceful retreat! We enjoyed a well-crafted libation & delicious evening meal at GloryRidge Tavern. Accommodations are spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. Sleeping arrangements & bath are similar to a high-end hotel. We spent some quiet-time relaxing on the deck. The only thing 'missing' was an outdoor fire pit. We will return again soon for another visit to history."

"Quaint cabin with all required amenities just bring your supplies and you’re all set for a nice stay. Lovely area. Close to major cities in New York and lovely tourist towns. We recommend it for sure. Staff was exceptional just ask and they help you."

"I loved the beautiful cabin with two full bedrooms with closets and a full equipped kitchen and lovely bathroom and living room and dining room table. Looks newly renovated. They thought of everything to make guests happy. The welcome center looked new with beautiful open layout with new pool table , fishing poles , different games and activities. I Also loved the porch overlooking the creek and mountains! Absolutely gorgeous and very well maintained. I will definitely be back for another...
