"Amazing two days with the grandsons , hotel was 5 star … staff were very friendly and accommodating, sorry didn’t get any names but every single one of them couldn’t do enough for you , the pool was amazing , the boys loved it and for most of the time we had the pool to ourselves, the beach was fantastic, spent hours on there , food was great, we will definitely return. Thank you to everyone for all your hard work in making a great two day break for us. "

"Good hotel to stay and clean and spacious room. Staff and service is excellent. Onsite free parking and very close to retail parks and Cheshire Oak designer outlet. I would recommend hotel considering some destination chargers for EV. There are some within a short driving distance plus Chester services (10 mins drive) have a lot of fast chargers as well. "
