"The condo was in great proximity to everything. We road bikes everywhere and going out to dinner was always a short drive. The Condo needed some updating, and a few drywall repairs and paint would be nice. There was a hole in the bathroom drywall next to the toilet. All in all a very nice condo just could use alttle updating. Thanks for letting us stay."

There were numerous cobwebs complete with spiders on the living room ceiling, as well as in the upstairs bathroom. Some of the silverware in the drawer still had food stuck to it.
