"Our first night's arrival went smooth. Friendly, professional check-in. There was a bad wind storm and we were on the 2nd floor. Noisy, scary first night. Awoke to a partiality lifted roof right above us. Owner was quick to place us in a ground floor room. They had a repaiman out quickly. The whole situation was handled very professionally and courteously. We would stay again. Very clean and quiet, other than the storm :)"

"This was the perfect place to stay. I could get up in the morning drink my coffee and do yoga while my husband was still sleeping and then walk a half block to the beach when he got up. We have friends that live in Morro Bay and it was literally a five minute drive. Plus Carol was a great host who answered my quiestions and offered information about the area. "

"Great communication, easy check in, very clean, comfy beds and the best ocean view! Only one downside was the smell of cigarette and marjuana smoke coming through the vents at times. Overall we had a beautiful weekend and enjoyed the convenience of a local coffee shop downstairs and the Cayucos pier across the street where we took morning walks and watched the surfers. "

"This property was everything they said it was and more. The pictures don’t do the view and its proximity to the beach justice. I could spend an eternity on that deck watching and listening to the ocean. The whole place is fabulously refurbished and we enjoyed every minute of this little gym so much so I almost didn’t want to write a review like this because I’m afraid more people are going to want to rent this, lovely little beach condo!!"
