"This large river home is full of character and has everything you need in kitchen and laundry room. Location is wonderful, beautiful yard, private beach and canoe. Only complaints are the spa was out of order and it was a big reason we picked this property. Also the pull out sofa which is included as a bed for 2 was very old and had thin mattress so no one slept on it. Luckily we brought an air mattress. The bathroom upstairs only has a tub, toilet and sink, no shower. "

"The house inside was nice and clean. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. They had lots of movies and games. The yard was not super amazing and I wouldn’t call it an orchard. More of a house with 3 apple trees in a neighborhood. But Steelhead beach was only 5 minutes away and Bodega Bay was only 40 minutes so it was a great location for what we wanted to see. Check in and out was easy."

"The house was perfect for our family weekend get-away. The rug in the dining area needs to be tacked down, since it's a tripping hazard. We didn't spend much time in the game room, since we were out enjoying the wineries each day. Plus, it was raining the day we arrived and you need to go outside to access the game room. Would definitely come back again in warmer weather. "

"We had a delightful stay at “the Treehouse” — a nicely renovated bungalow within convenient driving distance of many charming towns in Sonoma County. The property was just as described, featuring a fully-stocked kitchen with conveniences we hadn’t even realized we needed and clean and comfortable beds with plenty of extra towels and bedding.
