"lovely place but was so dirty not one clean plate / cup/ pan in oven with dirty fat in cob webs on cob webs they been there so long they gone dark in colour they hanging of the walls ,we sweep floor there was so much long black hair wasnt ours iv got no hair and my dads very short grey .broken loo seat not good for disabled dad iv stay in a lot of hol homes never send one so dirty "

"Spacious and light accommodation.. Only downsides were uncomfortable and tired sofa. Also a very thin quilt on my bed for time of year. Had to add a further quilt and blankets! We enjoyed our visit very much and it was ideal for mixed age group."

"We found the property to be nearly perfect for our needs. We were very comfortable. It was wonderful looking out over the nature reserve with the sea beyond. And lovely beach walks are just minutes sway without getting the car out. There was an initial problem getting in but Andreas responded very quickly to help us and we had no problems thereafter. The property has steep narrow stairs with no bannister one side and only a partial one the other. No problem to us but to those with mobility...

"A clean and spacious accomodation with a great view of the ocean located in a secure private area. Shops and cafes are short walking distance from the property. We had a great time as a family of seven with agaes ranging from 13 to 80. We did find sharing one bathroom with a single toilet a bit challenging."

"Stayed for 2 nights with our 2 pugs. Cabin was exactly as described. Weather was terrible so had takeaways rather thsn outside cooking facilities. Cabin and enclosed patio are small but perfect for break and right on seafront so location is spot on. Sharon the host was lovely and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay again if in area. Bonus points for bathroom toiletries which were 10/10!"

"We had a lovely stay at the Seaside Cabin Retreat in Hayling Island. Sharon has provided a very charming and comfortable cabin with high quality products and amenities. The location is right across from Pebble beach and walkable to many of the restaurants and pubs but far enough away to be private and quiet. I would definitely recommend this cabin. "
