The communication with the host was prompt and seamless. We were in the heart of everything, close to the Aki convenience store and got to wake up and come home to the sound of the ocean daily. "My family of 5 stayed here. I had a hard time at check-in because I was not given the code for the second set of keys that opens the master bedroom. I did not hear back until late the first night to receive the second code. The air conditioner stopped working. We were told they would come and fix it, but that never happened. Pictures show pool bars, but there was never anyone there to serve drinks. We had two towels per bathroom for a six night stay! I would suggest looking elsewhere!"

"First of all we love this property. The location away from the busy north is amazing. Private beach... awesome. Room was cold and clean. Some things i think that others staying there that we talked to didn't seem to realize. These are apartments not necessarily a hotel. You need fresh towels you got to ask. Run out of toilet paper go down to chedrui and get some. Yes there is maid service IF YOU ASK..... otherwise they assume you're good. Think of this more as staying in your own place and...
