"LaPoza Condos is amazing! The interior space is thoughtfully designed and very modern. Lots of storage and shelving for clothing and toiletries, which I like to take out of my suitcase to stay organized. Spacious living area and kitchen. The kids had their own bathroom. Everything was spotless when we arrived. AC is very cold. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living area. Clean drinking water is provided. The location is excellent! Near everything. Los Burritos is steps away - highly recommend...

"Beautiful location. Beach was a bit busier than I prefer, but the ocean here is clear and very swimmable. Condo is nicely furnished and comfortable. The location in the complex is great! Right by the pool and across from the cafe. "

"Very nice property. Spacious with gorgeous views. The only downside of this property, is that it was on the 3rd floor to the 1st level. Once inside, there are two more flights of stairs. So I would not suggest for the elderly or infirmed. No elevator on property. I would rent again and recommend this property."

"The condo was very clean. The view was amazing. The South Island is definitely my favorite, laid back and relaxed. Plenty of good restaurants near by and the people are amazing!!!"

"The pictures did not do the property justice. The sounds of the ocean put me to sleep every evening. It was peaceful. There is a bar on the first floor that serves food. You can have food brought up to the room. Beyond that, it is several blocks to the next restaurant. It is the quieter side of the island which we prefer. I will rent this property again in the future."
