The beds were actually very comfortable. We had a few issues with cleanliness like dog hair and cockroaches but it is Florida and they turned the house around the same day of our check in. "We stayed at the property in March for a few days for Spring Break with our 2 boys (ages 12 & 14). It was a wonderful little home and very well stocked. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the neighborhood was great. The golf cart was a plus and we enjoyed riding around the neighborhood. The Key Colony beach club was a 2 min walk and a great spot to relax and enjoy the beach. We watched the sunset at sunset park which was great too! All in all we really enjoyed "
