"If you are looking for a 5 star house this may not be your cup of tea. Although the house could use some maintenance the overall experience was great. Cleanliness was pretty good, like any place there are some detailed cleaning that could be done but couldn't my house too ;) Everything was clean and comfortable. "The house itself was nice and worked out well for our family (5 adults and 2 children). It was nice and clean with plenty of space. There was lots of wildlife. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The roads to the house were not great (narrow and in poor condition with sharp corners and steep banks). I would not suggest pulling a boat or trailer to the house. There are steps down to the dock, but they are rough. The power at the dock had been damaged and did not work. ...

"This is a wonderful farmhouse surrounded by cornfields: all the peace and quiet you want, but within 15 minutes from whatever you need. The house was clean and well-equipped, and the hosts seem to have thought of every detail to make your stay a pleasant one. We also loved reading about the history of the house and its previous occupants! Great experience all around. "

"We sibs and spouses ejoyed our 3 night get away. The house accommodated us well. We did have some rain time so the pool table, games, and theater room was perfect. It was very secluded and quiet. We just wanted to relax , eat, and visit. We had lots of laughs and made memories."
