Where the hotel shines is by doing all the simple thing right. - high pressure shower - 2 chairs in room - bowl of sweets - comfy king size bed - good quality pillows - good soundproofing - comfortable temp. - friendly, helpful staff - good quality, fresh breakfast I thoroughly enjoyed staying. "Lovely cottage. Secluded spot, very quiet and great views. Very well set up for dogs - great having a fenced field for them to run around safely. Bowls, balls, dog towels, poo bags, etc provided. Very comfy for the humans too!"

"Used this home as a base for a weekend in the Peak District, with 5 other couples. The building is stunning, kitchen is well stocked with appliances and other items. 2 fridge/freezers which were handy. Lots of spaces to relax and the hot tub was fantastic. WiFi is poor in wider areas of the house but excellent within the room of the house the modem is in. However, this is expected in a building of this size and didn’t ruin the weekend at all. "We had issues with leaking and didn’t have a sofa or bed for the 2nd night. The lady we’d been in comms with throughout check in and who had been texting us all the rules then totally ignored us. I’ve since been told her phone wasn’t working which I find strange. And then no attempt to make up for a spoilt night away. I’d expect at the price to be compensated for not having a bed to sleep in or sofa to sit on. We only stayed as it is in such a remote area we had no option. There were so many...

"We had a great time in Onecote/ Brambles Farm. The online photos don't do it justice - it is a really beautifully renovated house, very homely and plenty of space for 3 adults & 3 kids. Two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs (with bathroom next door) so felt very spacious. Immaculate and clean. Hot tub was a huge bonus - we were in every evening, rain or shine. The kids absolutely loved it (age 3, 6, 10). Accommodation stocked with tea, coffee, sugar, etc. Our feedback points are the same...
