"Beautiful place, close to everything. Very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant next door would bring food and beverages to us when we were on the beach. Only thing we didn’t like was a group that had five children in total, they took over the pool area and were very loud. We spent those days on the beach. Once they left, it was absolutely much more relaxing, and quieter. We would love to stay here, but maybe a different time."

"We had a great stay. The place was very comfortable, spacious for our family of 6 and in a fantaetic location. The staff on site was very friendly and helpful when needed as well. I would like to recommend that the pool has some specific quiet hours so that families with children know when it will be appropriate to play at the pool without complaints from residents of noisy children. This may allow for other residents to know when they can expect some quiet relaxation time around the common pool...

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. It exceeded our expecations overall. The condo is very large, nicely appointed in all rooms but the 3rd floor patio is the star of the show! It's huge! We barbequed most nights and enjoyed eating under the stars. The pool was lovely, peaceful and warm. We rarely saw anyone else while we floated around for hours at a time. Communication with the property manager was great and directions to the property were very clear making our arrival smooth...

"The property was clean and even had laundry soap which was nice. The beds were very comfortable. The host was very responsive. Always picked up the phone and texted back quickly. The pictures make it look pool side. It is not but it is less then a block away."

"It’s the best spot in Playa ! Steps from the beach , pool , Zenzi beach Club and 5th Ave two blocks away, end corner Condo has Ecxellent views from two sides own Jacuzzi! Highly recommend."

"Stayed here 5 nights with my husband. Great places to stay, was clean, basic kitchen set up for cooking and location Location location right off 5th Ave, Starbucks, pharmacy, Oxxo and restaurants with in steps of condo. The only downside was that the mattress was a little to firm for my liking and there is no balcony or anywhere to hang dry wet clothes. I also didn't ask if there was a rack available so maybe there was one? I would definitely stay here again."
