"We enjoyed our stay at this property; it is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of amenities nearby. We took advantage of the bike rentals on the beach and local restaurants. Just a few updates would make this a five-star stay. The furniture on the main floor seating room off the kitchen is worn and dirty (it could definitely benefit from updating/ better seating options), and the bathrooms are fairly dated. There is what appears to be a separate, third floor apartment...

"The property was spectacular! The views as you walk in were breathtakingly lovely. We all marveled at the floor to ceiling view. It was a great start to our trip and no other property matched it. Great memories were made in this home. The only improvement we would suggest is higher couches and seating in the living room area. For older folks, it’s difficult to get up and down on lower furniture."

"Loved our stay. The place is well appointed. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances. It is in a good neighborhood and close to many things.thr bedwa comfortable. The driveway is abit narrow. "Absolutely loved living in an 100+ historical condominium. The condo was beautifully updated while maintaining the 1920's charm. Walking distance to key attractions shoreline village, Pikes. and many more. Spectacular views of the ocean, downtown LBC with Queen Mary in the background. Our host provided all the amenities needs to enjoy a real home like experience. I highly recommended and hope to visit again sooner than later🙂"
