There was an issue with the property being double booked but the property owner was able to take care of it and helped the other folks try to find another place. "It’s cute but not fancy. The kitchen was sort of minimally configured, glasses, flatware, etc., but was completely functional. The bed isn’t great but was okay for a few nights (the space cries out for a Murphy Bed.) It’s off the alley so there were some flies and a view of trash cans, but the price was okay and the location rocked. I would totally return next time I’m down there. "

"Great location in Long Beach, set up wonderfully for families. Pedal bikes, helmets and wagon were especially nice for the kids to use to take to the beach. A cooler bag for drinks and snacks would be a nice addition. Finding parking was tough some days. The frying pan in the kitchen was a challenge to use and should probably be replaced for those that want to cook in the property. Very quiet, felt safe, has laundry and the outdoor space was great. We would absolutely recommend this property to...

"Only negatives were no access to trash cans to clean up and cleaners were there still when we showed up at 3pm after contacting property owner about early arrival. Otherwise property was beautiful and worked perfectly for our family trip for graduation! Highly recommended "
