"Exactly as we envisioned. A short walk to Marshall Store, the best lunch on the bay. Kids enjoyed the tide pools under the house. House is in great condition and comfortable.The dock was compromised by the storm, which affected most docks in the bay, and the pictures have not been retaken. Hopefully they will be able to repair it. "
