All of the condo owners we met were seniors just like us. Before we got there, everyone that looked at the picture said it was too far from the water. In reality it was quite the opposite. "Very comfortable, spacious, clean unit with everything we could possibly need for our stay. Location is excellent within walking distance to plenty of food, shopping, and pharmacy options. Management correspondence was frequent, specific, and very detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and easily recommend to anyone looking for a great option in the Grand Haven area of Michigan. "

"My husband is from Grand Haven and still has family there, so he and I attend the Coast Guard Festival almost yearly. We like to bring friends when we can, so this year we had two other couples with us. We chose the Fortino's Condo because of the location, but it exceeded our expectations. It is in the best spot on Washington Ave, central to shopping, dining, and super close to the waterfront. The rooftop patio was a bonus, and we enjoyed that nightly - people-watching and listening to concerts...
