Expedia has confirmed my booking and while reaching at hotel, I have been told that my stay was not confirmed as they think the listing price was extremely low and Expedia has incorrectly listed price without their confirmation. Also, I have been told that they haven't received money as well from Expedia. "

"The house is spacious and its not far from Yosemite. My family and I enjoy the stay here and the house has plenty of cooking ware for us to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. The house owner provides many good recommendation hiking trails in Yosemite and near by attraction in advance which is super helpful. I would highly recommend the space for family who plans to visit Yosemite! The only small downside is there is that you need to remember to bring your own coffee but they do have coffee...

"Great communication from the host. The house and surroundings were beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was remote with amazing views of the Milky Way. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"The central air conditioner in this house is LEGIT - after a hot day of hiking it was amazing coming home to a cooled house. House was also expansive with three big bedrooms and two full separate bathrooms. Was amply stocked with towels and had a nice big living area with TV that connects to Disney+ etc. and the washer dryer was right in the middle of the hosue instead of in a garage or something annoying. Convenient drive to Yosemite and also to downtown Mariposa, with the U shaped driveway...

"Excellent location and house. We were here for Yosemite and this was a great base of operations for the humans. We had some questions once we got there and the response was immediate while everything else was clearly communicated by the owners either in communications prior to the stay and on site. "We had a wonderful stay at Sunset Roost. We enjoyed breakfast on the deck, surrounded by trees, and ended each day soaking in the jacuzzi while watching a beautiful sunset. My 5-year-old said he was so happy to stay there and wants to go back soon, and so do I. Everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared. Tracy and David were very responsive. A peaceful and scenic stay. It was the best experience I’ve had staying in a vacation rental home. Thank you so much!"
