Fabulous property
Wonderful home, amazing for families and young kids. The owner was super responsive and helpful with all planning communications. We tried some of the chefs he recommended for drop off meals, grocery delivery and all were wonderful. It the most relaxing a vacation can be when traveling with small children 😀

We had an amazing time! John was such a gracious host and allowed us to check in early because of Hurricane Milton. We got in quite late and rainy and the lights were on and welcoming! The description was spot on! We highly recommend this property.

Perfect
Everything was perfect. -The beach is clean, white sand, clear water and not crowded at all. -The house is clean, modern, equiped -Communication with the host easy and they answer fast -30 min maximum to everything (Airport, Nassau, Atlantis) We will come back !

Family Vacation
The property was great- very clean and decorated nicely. We stayed with our adult children. Being right on the beach was so relaxing and quiet. Would definitely stay again - Cheryl’s taxi was also great and Ramona the on site manager took good care of us. Thank you!

Beautiful home and location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host is very friendly, proactive and welcoming. Location of the unit within the Palm Cay is really nice and convenient. The beach in front is gorgeous, swimmable and especially good for little kids and seniors. The house is spacious and has everything needed for a comfortable stay and family meals. Furniture and its placement is nice and useful. We cooked every night and didn’t lack anything except for a whisk, lol. Highly recommend and thank you for sharing your home with us.

We were a family of 6 (3 adults 3 children)-- ages 5, 13 and 15. We rented a car and drove to atlantis, baha mar, downtown nassau, and paradise island for nightly entertainment. Did an excursion to blue lagoon island and we drove to solomans food store down the street to get stocked up on groceries. Palm cay was a great location...safe, clean and quiet and paradise blue was a perfect location, right on the beach. Can't beat waking up to a beautiful white sand beachand crystal clear blue waters every morning. Coffee on anyone of the 3 ocean front decks or right on your own beach is the best! we brought our own snorkel gear and snorkeled right off our beach. We did not use the upgrade membership and we found this to be very pricey. You have to do a 3 day minimum for every member of your family even if you just want to rent a paddle board for a few hours. The pink ocutpus on the property is recommended but super pricey as is everything on the island just be ready to a pay a premium for everything you do see or eat. The beach has little to no current and very shallow for a long while off the shore so very safe for all swimming levels. We ran every morning on the property and didn’t use fitness center which would also require the upgrade. We had no issues with the house. John is am amazing host and i would highly recommend for your future vacation.

A Perfect Paradise Vacation
My family of eight stayed for a week in this beautiful condo located right on the beach in New Providence, Bahamas, and it couldn't have been more perfect. Our host John was so accommodating and made sure everything was just as promised in the listing. The condo itself is lovely, the views of the ocean are gorgeous, and the outdoor deck on the beach is perfect for lounging and dining. John provided us with all the information we needed about who to call for tours and other activities to do during our stay. We did not need to rent a car because we were able to use Cheryl's Taxi service for any trips outside of Paradise Blue. The Beach Club Resort is right next door and for a rental membership fee gives you access to their pools, gyms, outdoor bar, and beach cabanas. The Welcome Center there can also help you with any day trips you would like to take. John is a perfect host, and I would recommend this vacation rental to anyone who wants to spend a week or more in paradise.

2nd time in Palm Cay
This is our 2nd time at Palm Cay and we can’t say enough great things about our trip. We stayed at Paradise Blue and it’s exactly like the pictures show. Beach front Villa, lounge chairs, grill etc. We ordered pizza from the pink octopus, which were great and we are pizza snobs from the Midwest. Unfortunately, we did not take advantage of the beach club as they charge you per person, per day (min of 3 days), in addition to charging for an activity. Overall, our stay was great. Quick 20-30 min drive to downtown Nassau. Couldn’t recommend this place anymore!

Excellent villa, especially for young families
Wonderful villa with direct access to beach. Very easy with infants and young children who can nap while parents lay on lounge chairs outside looking at the ocean. Water is calm and shallow.

Beautiful home right on the beach!
We had a lovely, relaxing stay at this beautiful home right on the beach! Plenty of room for the 9 of us. Lots of stairs to get to the bedrooms. The only downside was there wasn’t a bathtub for the kiddos but we made it work. The restaurant, Pink Octopus, is right next door and they had decent burgers and pizza on nights we didn’t want to cook. Spendy though. But the whole island was expensive, even the groceries. Overall, we had a great time!

Beautiful home well apppointed
We had a wonderful stay at Palm Cay-Blue Paradise. The house was very clean and well cared for. The views were amazing. 4 bathrooms made for an easy place even for 7 people staying. Loved quick communication and ease of check in. John also helped arrange airport pick up which was very smooth. Would easily stay again. One side note (unrelated to villa at hand) but the restaurant at Palm Cay (Pink Octopus) was a miss. We ate there twice and both times had 2-3 hour meals because the service is so incredibly slow--some food would come out, and some food would take 30 minutes longer. Food was actually decent, but not worth the time investment.

Christmas getaway
I cannot say enough good things about our stay! Our family spent 7 days at the Villa over Christmas, and it could not have been more perfect. First, the cleanliness was impressive. I’m very picky when it comes to this-I had no complaints. The Villa was comfortable for all of our guests. The location was great for us. It is about a 25 minute ride into town to where the Atlantis, etc are. John recommended a taxi company-Cheryl’s Bahamas Taxi and Tours. Craig, (one of the owners) drove us around all week. We felt safe and never worried about transportation. We preferred to be away from the hustle and bustle-Palm Cay was amazing. The water is calm and the beach is so beautiful. The Villa has a private deck and numerous lounge chairs. We watched beautiful sunrises with coffee each morning. We enjoyed the club at Palm Cay. The bar prepared amazing drinks, and we enjoyed the pizza at the Pink Octopus. This was most of our party’s first trip to Nassau. We had one day at the Atlantis waterpark, a day with Sandy Toes, (swimming with the pigs) and excellent meals at the Poop Deck and Da Legacy. For groceries, we did splurge and did grocery delivery from insta gopher simplicity. Most cab drivers will drop you off at the supermarket for a fee. Be prepared that groceries are very expensive. (We did pack most of our snacks and dry groceries) Everyone in our party agreed that we wouldn’t have changed a thing about our stay!

Heaven on Earth.
First off, John was an excellent host. The house was mesmerizing with views. It was in close proximity to the bar and restaurant, The Pink Octopus. Close to the marina. Close for safe community walking in the Palm Cay resort area. House was clean, comfortable, and so relaxing. The views alone Were magical. The marina was helpful with renting a boat and booking excursions. John provided a pamphlet on areas that he felt would be helpful during your stay, which was great. The backyard was the ocean. Clean and beautiful blue water. Relaxing vacation is what my family needed at this time.

Family Vacation
The house is perfect, has 4 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms , had more space then we needed. It has everything you need for your stay. Then out the back door is the most beautiful beach with the clearest water. The owner and his brother are very helpful and we have already shared our experience with friends and family that had said the are going to book a stay here. Love this place we hope to come back soon.

This property was perfect for our family. It was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 8 adults and one baby. The best part was the location. The beach was completely private most days and the restaurant and marina are only a few steps away. John was fantastic. He was quick to respond and incredibly helpful with the welcome packet and airport transfer. He made our first trip to the Bahamas an incredibly smooth experience. We loved staying at the property and those views - like a postcard!

Happy Anniversary !
We had a terrific time @ John's property in Palm Cay. Prior to our arrival the information he sent was excellent. The villa was spotless & the kitchen was equipped with everything needed to do food prep. We had lots of beach towels , comfortable beds, access to WiFi & TV, close to grocery & best of all a beautiful view of crystal clear, blue water from the living room ! Can't get better than that !! Our family had just a great time !! Good restaurants, enjoyed a snorkel trip with 4winds ( Stafford & Bullard were just great ! ) A perfect place to celebrate an anniversary !

Our time in Paradise
The townhome was just as pictured. Beautiful, fresh, and beachy decor!! The views from the unit were spectacular. The location is quiet but lovely. The Marina at Palm Cay was wonderful. We ate at the Pink Octopus many times, delicious food, The dockside cafe at Marina was nice for breakfast, lunch, coffee or a bottle of liquor, sunscreen. The pool and poolside at Palm Cay Resort along with the outdoor bar were so easy and enjoyable. The gym was ok, equipment needed maintenance. I would definitely suggest paying for access to the resort, just steps away from the townhouse. The owner/manager suggested so many things, all great. Even though the pool for the townhomes was quite nice, the Resort was better. You will need a car to get out and about or we used Cheryl's taxi service. Ryan Gibbs was our driver and outstanding. The people everywhere we went were so kind and just a joy to be around. We will be back one day!!!! Paradise Blue is a great name, the water is all shades of blue, something you can hardly imagine and until you see it for yourself. Thanks for letting us stay at your lovely home!

Great stay!
We really had a great stay here. The townhouse was just as described. The beach was beautiful!! Had a few great meals at Pink Octopus right next door. Great owner communication and really had everything we needed for our family vacation!! We really hope to be back soon.
