"Property is adorable. Perfect for a single or couple. I had a few hiccups with internet(my wrror).make sure you have the interbet cose to log on handy because i couldn't access any info since my 5G was in a dead zone. Alsi keep in mind you need to heat the unit with the space heater since the thermostat works for 2 units and you cant adjust. Im always cold, so i needed the heater goung all night. error) abd they immediately assisted. "

"We stayed from Friday to Sunday. A group of 6 people, the kitchen is complete, the beds and mattresses are very comfortable, the towels are clean and smell fresh and very organized. "This house was exactly as described. Beautiful house in a great location. We were celebrating a 60th bday with friends and enjoyed our stay at the beach. "The property is in a wonderful location. The property was very clean, but needs a lot of maintenance. the windows rattled with the breeze which made sleeping difficult. Some of the light switches did not work. The heater would not come on no matter how many times we tried to turn it up on the thermostat. The slider door does not close all the way and there is no way to lock it."

"It was good. The trouble was I have apple products and I couldn’t get the information to confirm or see the instructions. There was problems with not having hot water in the master bathroom. We got it fixed so only 2 of us had cold showers. The other problem was ants in the kitchen. You should of had a note to not leave any food out in the counter."

"Everything was just perfect. Bed is comfortable and has everything you need in the kitchen. Very close to town with places to eat and shop. Nice walk around the island on the bay front. There is a 3 car ferry to take you over to the ocean and Fun Zone. Nice restaurant on the bay with a great view. Newport Landing. Our host is the best and it's probably my 5th or 6th time staying there. I come back every year. :)"
