"Our family loved staying in this beachfront condo. Wonderful location right by Balboa pier. Fun to ride bikes and walk along the boardwalk that runs right in front of the place. Also a five minute walk to the Balboa ferry. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a nice 2 mile walk up to Newport pier. Wonderful, clean space for our family of six. Owner super responsive."

"Everything was just perfect. Bed is comfortable and has everything you need in the kitchen. Very close to town with places to eat and shop. Nice walk around the island on the bay front. There is a 3 car ferry to take you over to the ocean and Fun Zone. Nice restaurant on the bay with a great view. Newport Landing. Our host is the best and it's probably my 5th or 6th time staying there. I come back every year. :)"

"We had a wonderful stay at this place! The listing was exactly as described, and the interior was clean and cute, making us feel right at home. The location couldn't have been better, with the beach less than 5 min drive and plenty of restaurants nearby. We felt very safe throughout our stay, which added to our overall comfort and the kids enjoyed the pool/jacuzzi I think that’s our favorite place in Newport Beach so far. would definitely stay here again. Overall, we had a fantastic experience...

"We had a great stay! Great location, great home for a small group. The patio is really nice that it’s closed in and accommodating. Really nice that they provide beach chairs, sand toys, and umbrella. The only thing I wished is that they had a larger sofa to accommodate more comfortable seating inside the house for a movie night. Overall really great place, I would stay there again. "
