"We had the most amazing time staying at this awesome 3rd-floor penthouse! My two friends were in from Vegas, and I live locally in Costa Mesa. The penthouse was perfect—spacious, clean, and with stunning views of the Pacific. I slept in the living room on the surprisingly comfy Murphy bed, with the sliders open to hear the waves at night. "Overall great stay!!! Loved the place and the area….. lots to eat! We stayed a week and could have used more towels, kitchen doesn’t have all essentials but enough to make it happen. Lorena was super attentive and helpful when needed and we will stay here again!!! "

"My family and I had no issues during our stay. The property was clean, it was easy to check in, and Grace responded to some inquiries in a timely manner. The only negatives are more personal reasons. In one of the bedrooms, there was only one outlet to plug in electronics. The property is located on a very noisy and busy street which made it hard to fall asleep. That being said, the property itself and the neighboring units were pretty quiet. "

"The only thing I was surprised about was that this property is a converted covered patio that is attached to the host's house. After getting over that surprise and worry of safety, we were just fine. We needed somewhere to sleep, eat, and shower while we played at Universal and Disneyland and we were able to do that!
