"Location was great. This unit is on third floor so boardwalk traffic and noise is muted. Parking is easy and secure. Lots of room and fully stocked kitchen. Primary bathroom is very small and shower door in that bathroom is very hard to move on track. The second bathroom has an updated shower. Michael is a very responsive host!"

"Easy to get in and communication was great. Only thing was the contact phone number on the info sheet in the unit was not in service. Needs to be updated to match the text communication number. That's why 4 starts instead of 5 for communication - but other than that all 5 stars!"

It was easy to bounce between the house, sand, water, firepits, and volleyball courts throughout the day. Parking on site was too tight for my Tesla to fit but there was ample street parking available during the off season and the parking lot is just a few steps away for convenience. "Small but nice. Little 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a living room and kitchen. Theres a balcony with a little gas grill. Worked just fine. Had the upstairs portion. Suite B. Like a 3 min walk to the beach. The beach was nice. More of a shore break so kids could t really play in the water to deep. Surfers seemed to of liked it. "We had 2 families: 4 kids (3-12 yrs), 2 young adults (19-12), and 4 adults. The accommodations were perfect! The layout was ideal. The bonus room in the back was for the young adults, and lots of doors to close in between the rooms for noise control. The master bedrooms with attached bathrooms were a big plus.
