"The unit was lovely. Very pleasantly decorated. Beds and furniture very comfortable. Well supplied. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. We did have a little trouble with the lock and had to use the available key. Location and parking was very convenient. Check in and out process very smooth. I would recommend this place (in spite of the dilapidated property next door) unless you have trouble with stairs. "

"Wanted a place to stay for a night in Sacramento to attend a Kings game. Location was amazing, property is well appointed and secure, had a great stay. Manager was easy to reach and answered all of our questions and concerns. "

"There was a little bit of miscommunication on check-in with the lock box that keeps the house key. They have a very prominent keypad on the door jam that doesn't work and then one on the door that is the one you're supposed to use. I got in late and didn't see the one on the door so had to call the owner for help. They promptly gave me directions for how to get in the back door. "I chose this lovely accommodation as it was near a friend I was visiting and an event we participated in. Loved that we were quite welcome as my traveling partner is my 14yo cat. The parking in the area is typical of a big city.... I live in the mountains and had completely not remembered about this challenge - especially with a "big truck". It was so fun being within walking distance to the State Capitol building and historic Old Town Sacramento- all within 1/2 mile max!This home is decorated so classy and comfortable with fun pops of color in the artwork!
