"This was a nice clean little apt. located in a quiet older homes neighborhood. It has all the appliances. There are steps up to the property that elderly might want to consider but we were very pleased with our stay there."

"We where going deep sea fishing out of Hampton beach and stayed overnight to be closer as we had to be there for 6:30 am. The check in was very easy, the house was clean and had more then enough space for 6 adults. We spent the day at the beach and then went a d checked in, less then 20 minutes from beaches. We cleaned up and went into Newburyport which is a great town with a very nice walking strip full of shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a nice...

We went into Newburyport multiple times which is a beautiful town that had a lot of really good restaurants and fun shops. The house has nice appliances and the multiple mini splits did a great job controlling temperature. Great communication and check in process from the host. "

Diana does not give herself enough credit with the amenities and supplies that are provided. Plenty of sheets, blanket and towels as well as bath products and cleaning products if you need them. Beach towels and chairs were easily accessible. There was a side patio that I made use of to do some reading one morning. A hair dryer, iron, and fan were also available. It is a great location...
