"It's only a ten minute walk to downtown Salem. Parking spot at the property was a huge plus. Was located in an older community but felt safe. Host was always available and great source for recommendations. Would definitely stay here again. "

"My daughter and I loved this little nook was in walking distance to pretty much everything. Positioned off a lovely town park and easy parking.Will likely book again in the future. Fun decor. Clean. "

"The space was perfect for my Mom, two teenage sons and myself. Well stocked for everything you need. It was very clean. The neighborhood is quiet. The town was quaint and beautiful. Only a few steps from the beach, shops and restaurants. Justina was very responsive and provided a informative guidebook. We visited Gloucester, Rockport, Downtown Boston and Martha's Vineyard during our stay. Have no complaints!"

"Love the property doors did not have number so when we first arrived, could not find the correct apartment finally discovered email with the link that had a video in it that said where the apartment was, but had no idea when it says number three but no doors have numbers. Other than that, it was beautiful."

"The suite is clean, welcoming, and has everything you need. Parking was confusing at first, but we got the hang of it. The owner was very kind and would check in to make sure we had everything we needed. This was perfect for a best friend get-away and a wonderful weekend exploring Salem. Close to everything you would want to see. I would recommend this to anyone going out that way."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Seaside Cottage. It had all the amenities we needed for a long weekend stay. Robert was very accommodating; he provided us with a list of places to visit and local eateries. He was available to answer any questions we had and if he was out his wife was there if we had needed her.
