"We had a one night stay as we was visiting Norwich. We have stayed before and found the hotel very nice. We did'nt book breakfast on this stay as we feel breakfast does let them down in this area. We did use the bar area on arrival for a couple of drinks before going back to our room to get ready for our evening out. We love the old look bar which resembles a pub. It could do with being staffed more "

"A wonderful stay at the holiday inn on nye. We was attending the nye party at the hotel so gave us everything we need. The only disappointment we had was we didnt know in advance that the pool would shut early and open late the next day so we wouldnt get to use it very much. But this all worked as the lovely girls on the desk booked me late check out so we were able to make the most of it after we had a complimentary breakfast that was added on to. "Considering that it was a Best Western and that we've stayed in Best Westerns in different countries, this was the worst. It wasn't cheap, but nevertheless the stay did not include breakfast. It needed renovations. The shower did not work well, very low pressure and the water was either cold or hot. Wi fi was also pretty slow."

"Ample parking, Great bar, large bed room (Rm11). Pool, steam room, Sauna all great and up to standard. No complaints, we shall visit again another day."
