"We wanted to feel like the locals so loved staying at the Bruner's cottage. The cottage was clean and light. Best sleep I've had in a while - bed was comfortable. The Bruners made sure we had everything we needed and were very accommodating (including fresh papaya picked by their son) and loved being greeted each day by Huckelberry. If we ever come back to Hawaii and need a place to stay, we are definitely booking this cottage. "

"I've stayed in the Kailua are on previous trips to Hawaii and the location of this property is unbeatable if quick, easy access to the beach is what you want. The pros: location, well stocked beach toys and gear, pool. Communication with the owner was easy and they responded immediately. The Cons: Very tiny kitchen, living room and dining room. "I rented this property out for 39 days. Basically there isn’t a whole lot of you should expect here. It’s a very small place that is overpriced. Location is nice to Waikiki but next to a park that has a lot of homeless individuals on drugs. Customer service would receive 0 stars if available."

"The location and description of the cottage is 100% accurate. It's a beautiful, peaceful location just steps from the beach. You're also within easy driving distance to all the attractions of the North Shore.
