"The property is on a quiet road with beach access directly across the street. The beach is quiet, only a couple of other families even during a peak week in July - some days we had the beach entirely to ourselves! Waves were calm, you will not be surfing here, but it is perfect for a young child's visit to the ocean, and great for frisbee, kites, and waveballs. The cottage was very well maintained and clean. Kitchen was well stocked, it had everything we needed for cooking. Great water pressure...

"Our family of 5 and our dog stayed at the cottage the week of July 4th and had an amazing time. The beach is a natural beach so the sand isn't as clean, however we found that meant a lot more shells to collect! We have stayed in DE at various rentals and this was one of our favorites. The kitchen was well stocked and we didn't have to worry about having seasonings or the right cookware because it was all there for us.
