New Year celebrations
From start to finish, very easy check in with great communication, upon arrival milk, scones, clotted cream and jam provid. Everything that you need is in the apartment, looks like it's been refurbished not so long ago, off road parking. Just the perfect stay with a sea view. Highly recommend this place.

Wonderful Stay at Beach Haven
Beach Haven is a lovely property in a quiet area about 10 minutes from Porthmeor beach (NB it takes longer to walk back as it's up a steep hill). Arrived to find a cream tea and milk in the fridge. Had a wonderful time. Thank you.

Everything we needed
Recently stayed at Beach Haven with my wife and 7 month old baby. The house was spotless and had absolutely everything you’d ever want - every kitchen appliance, a travel cot and even a BBQ. Shower was big, powerful and perfect after a day at the beach. The location was unreal! Amazing views and walking distance to everything. Rachel was a fantastic host and answered any questions I had - nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend to friends and family, and we’ll no doubt be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Breath of fresh air
Beautifully appointed house. Great location and really appreciated the space. Very well equipped and everything was clearly explained as to how to operate tv, washing machine and dishwasher. Just wondered where the microwave and dryer were but not a real problem. Such a lovely place for our holiday. We had a great time there. Thank you

The house has all the practicalities of a modern residential setting with lots of added sea side charm - a sea view and only minutes from the stunning coastal path and a fabulous array of restaurants with stunning views. All this and a parking space. Really helpful and speedy response from the owner too.

Perfect Family Getaway at Beach Haven: Immaculate Property with Stunning Views
We had a wonderful time at Beach Haven in April. The property was spotless and thoughtfully equipped, offering plenty of space for our family of four. It was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, just a short stroll from Porthmeor Beach and central St Ives, with stunning views of the beach from the property. The kids fully embraced the natural activities available along the coastline, keeping them entertained throughout our stay. The host was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we highly recommend Beach Haven for families seeking a relaxing or adventure-filled getaway.

Clean, cosy and well positioned
My family and I had a lovely break in Beach Haven, St Ives. There are super views across Porthmeor beach from the front, it's a 5 minute walk down the hill to the Tate Modern & Porthmeor; and a 12 minutes walk into the main centre and harbour area. The house is compact, clean, very well equipped, and perfect for a comfortable getaway. Thanks so much - we'll be back!

Lovely cottage in great location
Rachel was a really good host, the cottage is set up perfectly and is in a great location with views of the beach/sea. St Ives is amazing and would highly recommend a stay here.

Fabulous Views in St Ives
Great location close to the beaches and all that St Ives has to offer. The house is very comfortable, really great kitchen with everything we needed. Parking space great bonus. Quietest place I’ve ever stayed, even the birds didn’t wake us. We particularly loved the sea view all the way up the coast, amazing! Nice sun trap in the patio with great shelter from the wind. We really enjoyed our stay. Would 100% recommend and hope to stay again. Rachel was very helpful with any questions we had.

A clean and comfortable house in a great location
Our family of four stayed here for two weeks in August and we had a brilliant time. The house is nice and clean and has all the amenities you need including an excellent coffee maker! Rachel couldn't have done anymore for us; she even organised a bed linen change after week one. Many thanks for looking after us during our stay Rachel; we will definitely be back one day soon.

Everything you need in a home from home property in lovely St Ives!
We were really comfortable in Beach Haven. Very clean and modern with everything you need to make your holiday enjoyable. We had a welcome pack of cream tea and a bottle of champagne for the New Year! I would definitely recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Lovely house, well equipped in a great location
We loved it here. The house was modern and clean, with a nice welcome gift. There's everything you could need, including a shed full of body boards and wind breaks. It's well stocked with books if you don't want to bring your own, and the view is amazing. Great communications from Rachel. A fantastic holiday in wonderful St Ives.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, Top Lage, herzlicher Empfang!
Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus in einer hervorragenden Lage mit Meerblick. Modern eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht (sogar einem Weinkühlschrank) und sehr sauber. Sehr nett fanden wir den herzlichen Empfang: Bei unserer Anreise fanden wir Brot, Scones, Butter, Cream, Marmelade, Tee und Kaffee vor - der erste Cornish Cream Tea konnte sofort beginnen. Wir erinnern uns sehr gerne an diesen Aufenthalt und werden gerne wiederkommen.
