"Had an amazing relaxing stay. Very cozy with all new beautiful amenities. It was just enough space for one person. The kitchen was really nice and clean, as well as the bathroom. It was very quiet and peaceful to sleep. The AC unit worked perfectly, kept the unit the right temperature. The only issue was sometimes the WiFi had a weak connection and the TV wouldn’t connect to the internet. Would defiantly stay there again. Owner is very sweet and nice in the main house. "

"Owner double booked us and we had no where to stay, they also did not want to issue a refund. I have 3 kids under 6 and we arrived at 10pm with people in the apartment that freaked heavily of cigarettes. Location is not near universal city like it said, and apartments are sketchy as hell. I would never want to stay here or recommend it. "

"The apartment I stayed in was not what was shown in the photos. The underground garage parking was nice and the air conditioning worked great. But I did not expect to spend every morning at the Starbacks a block away, because the apartment had no coffee maker, coffee, tea, or mugs. No hair dryer either."

"Great location! Walking distance to Warner Bros Studio and grocery stores. Short drive to Universal Studios, the Hollywood Sign and Rodeo drive. The only thing we had difficulty with was the temperature on the shower. The diverter valve likely needs to be replaced. But we managed! Bed and pull out sofa mattress were comfortable and the kitchen was wonderful! Kyla was a responsive and great host and we greatly appreciate her sharing her property with us! "
