"This hotel was very convenient, but be warned that if you're travelling south, you'll need to go past the hotel and drive back up and then the same to return to the southbound carriage. Note that we booked a double room, but we're given a twin. When I went back to reception to question this, I was told the system automatically allocated rooms. With it being so late, I couldn't be bothered to argue this. When I mentioned this in the morning, the lady had a much better customer service response....

"En preston nadie habla español, solo lis españoles y algun bar. Para cruzar la calle es un lio. Los precios son casi el doble en bares r rtes. Suciedad en aceras. Tienen varios centros comerciales juntos al igual que tiendas. El parque es espectacular, se puede comer sopas en el suelo. La estancia ha estado bien pero no vendria de turismo. "

"Repetiría el hotel. Echo en falta un control de temperatura en la habitación y más enchufes a mano, pues tuve que desenchufar la televisión para preparar un té. También eché en falta que en la recepción no tuviesen un adaptador para enchufes. El restaurante muy bueno, fantástico y su bodega más que aceptable."
