"The Hi House was completely satisfying in every regard. You're surrounded by an immersive experience of old-growth trees and gentle hills. Animals and nature are yours to view, including distant water vistas. Great location for us to discover all the trails in Inverness and Tomales Bay. Would recommend it to anyone who also loves Mid-Century architecture."

"We spent a weekend with our 1.5 year-old. The property was great and had everything we needed for the weekend. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, heat worked well. The property itself is gorgeous, very peaceful and perfectly situated to explore the surrounding area. It is not hard to find, butr reception is spotty towards the end of the drive so download a map or instructions to have available offline. "

"Our family of four stayed for two days after xmas. This property if so nicely situated in old Inverness and close to all trailheads. The views with trees all around is lovely. Having the privacy of the upstairs loft master bedroom from the teens below was also nice. Very functional design in kitchen, dining and living room. We will be back!"

"We loved our long weekend at the Cliff House! Low key and well crafted old NorCal vibe. The space was both cozy and spacious for our crew of 4 kids and 5 adults. Very equipped kitchen, functional fireplace, loads of games in the cupboards, and that view!!! Walking directly to Shell Beach was a huge bonus. We hope to return."

"We had a lovely five nights. The weather wasn't great, but the home more than compensated - super cozy. Made use even more appreciate the unit.Can't beat the location - great views from the master bedroom and the living area.Kitchen - stocked. Bathrooms - immaculate. Feedback / follow through with the rental agency - fantastic.We would definitely rent this unit again."

"We like this house and this is our second stay. It's not fancy but everything works. Just a few things would make it easier and safer for older (68-75) guests. Brighter lighting inside and out. The shower in the upstairs bathtub needs hand rails, or at least a slip mat, and the water is mostly going down the drain instead of into the showerhead. It would be very easy to slip in that tub and there's nothing to hold onto. A decently SHARP veggie cutting knife would be very welcome. More dishtowels...

"Very convenient location that is close to Point Reyes National Seashore. Quiet street, lovely garden with huge redwood tree, and quail walking by the kitchen window in the morning. Lovely kitchen had everything we needed, and the air conditioning was a real plus for the hot spell when we first arrived. "
