"Wonderful beach location in a quiet area. Close to attractions so easy to balance beach time /pool time right outside the back door and visits to key points of interest / activities. Property manager were very helpful, including delicious food from William and Claudia. Enjoyed by all ages in our family. "

"The location is absolutely gorgeous, if you don't mind a built-up area. The snorkelling just off the beach is great. Seeing the sunrise from the bed was a great experience. Unfortunately, everything felt a bit old and not really clean. We had to wash all dishes before we could use them. The bed sheets did not feel as fresh as in other places. The owners are very nice and were very flexible when we mixed up the check out time and did not vacate early enough. Thanks for a great stay!"

The condo is spacious and has what you need, fully stocked kitchen, large eating and living space. The rooms are nice and spacious as well but overall could use some updates. "La propiedad es hermosa, todo lo que tiene la casa es de primera calidad: camas, almohadas, toallas, cosas de cocina. Esta en una ubicacion hermosa, el mar esta a 1 min caminando es una area privada por lo que teniamos toda la playa para nosotros, vimos tortugas, mantarrayas perfecto lugar para Padel y snorkel, ademas hay un beach club, cerca hay muchos cenotes y tulum no es muy lejos. La atencion que nos dio el Host fue excelente, no hizo recomendaciones muy buenas. Pasamos muy lindos días...
