"La Sirena and unit 18 in particular were just what we had hoped for. We had plenty of space inside the unit - the roof patio and screened porch for our snorkel gear and wet things after time at the beach or pool were extra nice. The location in Akumal made it easy for our family to walk to Yal-ku or Akumal beach for snorkeling or to drive to many spots around the peninsula for more adventures. "The premier place to stay in Akumal! La Sirena #1 is a beautiful 2 room unit, well stocked if you're cooking. ( which we didnt) a great enclosed patio leads you out the the private beach are and, out to the best snorkeling in Half Moon Bay! Also, a short walk or bicycle ride from Ya Ku Lagoon. A great place to spend a day snorkeling in a brackish water lagoon! Don't miss your chance to experience this amazing property yourself!"

"The condo was beautiful, looked as pictured, right on the water, clean, great housekeeping and attention to the grounds. Great location in walking distance to restaurants etc. Our only issue - minimal parking and no response when attempting to contact the number given for the property manager. She should have returned our calls."

"Just as advertised! i liked that it was inside the gated / manned security gate of Akumal. The condo had a nice breeze throughout the day, and the bedrooms were both roomy and comfortable. I enjoyed the hammock on the patio, and although I did not cook, while I was there, everything was set up in the kitchen that I would’ve needed. The pool was in great condition, and lounge area very comfortable. The onsite restaurant was a definite plus. I definitely recommend this location!"

"Very comfortable, great outdoor patio for morning coffee and dining and hanging out with awesome sunrises and ocean views. The pool and beach were steps away. Joan was very helpful in providing for our needs. There is 1 great little restaraunt a short walk but I would suggest having access to a car for groceries or other shopping or restaraunts or using a taxi service."

"We've stayed a Mi Casa Del Mar A4 many times and it never disappoints. These's not a better spot on the coast IMHO. Spacious with unbelievable views of the ocean, conveniently located, well appointed without being fancy or fussy and responsive staff. We love it!"
