"We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We used Happy Shuttle from Cancun airport and they were great (like having personal tour guides). The building concierge was also super helpful. We booked a golf cart and a trip to the monkey sanctuary through him. The apartment is just spectacular. Super clean with beautiful finishing. The beds were so comfortable. Air conditioning and fans were great. Bathrooms and kitchen immaculate. Views were unbelievable....

"We loved our stay at Villa De Rosas. Communication with Tony was terrific. Our condo was spacious and comfortable, and we loved being beachfront. It was close to many activities such as ruins, cenotes, and beaches. We needed to use two white noise apps on our phones and stick pillows in the wooden window slats in the bedroom to mask hallway sounds and doors closing, but this seemed easily do-able. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Grandparents, mother, and grandsons gathered and enjoyed this paradise. Close to all child activities: turtles, dolphins, monkeys, cenotes, etc. Tidepooling right out the door. Lovely pool. This is a lovely, extremely well-appointed home with terraces directly facing the ocean. It has many authentic Mexican touches. The only difficult thing was how sad everyone was to leave."

"The condo was very comfortable with a wonderful view of the water, right in the middle of the curve of Half Moon Bay. The beach area was very nice with shade and lounge chairs for the condo. Snorkelers will enjoy the opportunity to snorkel in Half Moon Bay in the front yard or walk 5 minutes to Yalku Lagoon if the waves in the bay are high. "This was a wonderfully spacious beachfront condo for our group of 8. Although difficult to get through the rocks just offshore, once through we snorkeled and saw a great variety of tropical fish. The unit is walking distance to.a small convenience store, a lovely Mexican handicrafts shop and three great restaurants. Nearby Yal-Ku offered great snorkeling, and don't miss the cavern tour at Aktun-Chen. Overall a great stay in a lovely, quiet spot."
